Can I specify a sales start/end date?

Of course, you can determine both the start and end of the sale. To do this, edit your event and call up the «Start, stop, cancellation» section under «Sales». Enter the desired dates and save them.

If no dates are entered, ticket sales start automatically when the event is published and end as follows by default:

1. at the end of the pre-sale, if set,
2. otherwise at the end of the event, if set,
3. otherwise three hours after the start of the event.

If you publish the event before the specified sales start, it will be visible to visitors, but tickets cannot yet be purchased. Instead, the sale start date will be displayed.

If the sale ends before the event is visible, the event will remain visible, but tickets will no longer be available. In this case, visitors are informed of the end of sale date.

Exception: If only the «Prepayment payment» method is available, the payment deadline stored there applies.
