Cancellations can only be made by the organiser, as the purchase contract is between the organiser and you as the ticket buyer. However, event organisers are not obliged to accept your cancellation request. They can also reject it or even deduct the cancellation costs from your refund.
If you wish to cancel, please contact the organiser directly.
Log in with your Eventfrog account. You can then click on «My tickets» in your profile. Under «Upcoming events» you will find the tickets for future events.
Here you can now click on the «Request cancellation» button.
The contact form will open, which you can use to write to the organiser.
Please note: Organisers are not obliged to accept your cancellation request.
Alternatively, you can call up the event and click on «Contact organiser». A contact form will then open with which you can send an enquiry to the organiser.
Event tickets are generally excluded from the fourteen-day cancellation and return policy. As soon as your ticket order has been confirmed via Eventfrog, you are legally bound. You agree to the acceptance and immediate payment of the tickets ordered.
If you would like to exchange or cancel your tickets, you can request the cancellation from the organiser as described above.
If you cancel an event with a «money-back guarantee», you will automatically receive a full refund of the ticket price and do not need to take any further action.
If the cancelled event does not have a «money-back guarantee», you will find all further steps in the cancellation info mail. Depending on the event organiser's decision, there are two options:
