The «money-back guarantee» ensures that the full ticket price will be automatically refunded to you within 7 days. You do not need to contact the organisers or Eventfrog for this. The credit will be made to the payment method you used for the purchase.
The «money-back guarantee» must be requested by the organiser for the respective event. This is a service provided by Eventfrog that guarantees the organiser a secure and fast refund in case of an event cancellation. All event organisers are free to use this service.
