In case of cancellation, event organisers have various options for online sold tickets:

Events with a «money-back guarantee»

If the event has the «money-back guarantee», the ticket price will be automatically refunded to you within one week. You do not need to do anything else.

Organiser has the refund processed by Eventfrog

Organisers can apply to Eventfrog for a refund in the event of a cancellation. In this case, you will be informed by email that the refund will be made soon. You do not need to take any further action and will also be informed of the successful refund.

Organiser itself pays the refunds

In this case, you will be informed that the organiser will make the refund themselves. As a rule, the event organiser will contact you and all other affected ticket purchasers and discuss the refund with you or carry it out directly.

Refund of tickets from physical pre-sales

If an event is cancelled for which you have not purchased tickets online, please contact the organiser directly if they do not have your contact details. Only tickets for which bank details are known can be refunded.
