We are thrilled to reunite with our beloved Zurich community, this time to start the year with a new concept in our gathering. 4 of our 8 events at the beautiful main hall of Kraftwerk Zurich, will be Cacao Breath ritual, This Conscious Connected Breathwork practice opens pathways to profound transformation, breakthroughs and emotional release. An invitation to connect with your vital energy, learn new techniques from excellent local and international facilitators and generate new tools for daily life. Accompanied by a cup of our ceremonial cacao and immersed in the vibrations of live music, to take these sessions to the next level.

What to Expect on This 3-Hour Journey:

✧ Cacao Circle with Jkson, featuring sacred Peruvian cacao by Mama Cacao.

✧ Breathwork with Melinda: Experience a rhythmic flow of inhalation and exhalation, deepening your awareness while effortlessly connecting to your true self. Step into a welcoming space where you can connect, share, and truly belong. We'll gather as a small group of tops 25 people to explore and become present. This Breathwork practice opens pathways to profound transformation, breakthroughs and emotional release. We

create a save space for you to grow as a human, and express yourself freely.

✧ Live music journey led by Jkson and Supported by special guest, taking you deeper into your body and spirit.

✧ Sharing Circle to close the evening with reflection and connection.

Event Details:

• Doors Open: 17:00

• Ceremony Begins: 17:30 (Please arrive by 17:20 to settle in.)

   

What to Bring:

✧ A water bottle to stay hydrated

✧ An offering for the cacao spirits (flowers, tobacco, nuts, seeds, fruits)

✧ A blindfold or something to cover your eyes

✧comfortable clothes.

✧ A blanket for the last part of the session.

✧ We suggest fasting for at least two hours before the ceremony.

About the Facilitators:

As a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator (+500 hrs), Melinda is here to ensure your safety and well-being during our Conscious Connected Breathing session. She is a dedicated pranayama and conscious connected breathwork teacher, with three formal trainings in respiratory techniques. Melinda takes a holistic approach to self-care and personal development
