Welcome 2025! The year number 9. It is a time of culmination and completion. What number 9 represents in numerology?
It is a period to reflect on the achievements and lessons of the past nine years. During this time, we may find ourselves tying up loose ends, finishing projects, and letting go of anything that no longer serves our growth.

It will be a year full of closures, further transformations, and more awakening. 
Embodying all there is through the breath and into our body, will be very important, more than ever before!

A transformational breathwork journey, guided by your own breath, connecting to higher self and the power of your uniqueness!

We will work with the power of the fire element, it's power will be supporting us to let go further what no longer serves us, burning it away with the flame. Let go of the old story, the drama, what no longer serves us, transform with the flame and its power, renew and be reborn, creating more space, and be open for the new experiences and adventures that 2025 will bring us.

Petra will guide you to experience a deeper connection to your body, access the subconscious and transcendental states through conscious, connected breathing. Your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness.

Previous experience is not necessary; all necessary infomration will be shared before the start and you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!

PLEASE BRING: comfortable loose clothes in which you can move and breathe freely, water bottle

Optional: eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, anything else you wish to have with you (photo, memory, intentsion).

It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The conscious, connected breath is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or living with heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detatchment, high blood pressure, thyroid condition, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, or brain or abdominal aneurysm (without the consent of a liscensed medical professional). If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler along.

By registering to the event and purchasing a ticket I  confirm that I have been informed about the contraindications and don't have any, or have my condition well controlled and obtained medical permission to undertake breathwork.
