Im Grundkurs 1 erhalten Sie erste Kenntnisse über die Materialkunde beim Seilklettern und lernen, wie man in der Kletterhalle am Toprope klettert und sichert. Nachdem der Grundkurs 1 komplett absolviert wurde, können Sie in der Lintharena im Toprope klettern und sichern. Um den darauffolgenden Grundkurs 2 zu besuchen, muss das Toprope-Sichern sattelfest beherrscht werden.
