19.30 performance "Break the Silence"

Educational show as a result of theatre classes.

The actors explored the moments of silence from different dimensions. They were statues that remain silent for centuries as well as participants of social meetings where, despite being together, people are lonely and separated from each other. 

The actors also dived into a futuristic anti-utopia where the sound disappeared, but where they nevertheless felt interconnected as - paradoxically - silence helps people to hear and understand each other. 

The actors listened to each other hearts and showed their dreams and thoughts. The absence of sound causes perturbation at first, but then comes the understanding that everyone is united, despite the absence of words. 

In the show we create a connection from heart to heart and show how important to break the silence and talk about important issues.

20.30 Performance "The Nightingale and the Rose" 
The Nightingale and the Rose is a poetic and visually striking adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s timeless tale, brought to life through the language of movement. In this bold exploration of love, sacrifice, and beauty, words are replaced by pure physical expression — where every gesture, breath, and silence tells a story.

This innovative performance merges dynamic choreography with emotionally charged imagery, crafting a world that is at once delicate and intense. Unfolding through unexpected turns and culminating in a thought-provoking finale, the piece invites audiences to reflect on the nature of true devotion.

Through the lens of physical theatre, Theatre BELOE reimagines Wilde’s story in its most essential form — as a visceral, human experience that resonates beyond words. This show is going to be performed on the International Theatre Festival in Athens, Greece.
