Weightlifting Team Competition

Your team consists of 4 participants. 
2 women and 2 men.

Each team member will compete individually and collect points for their team.
There are 6 lifts per team member:

3x  1 hang-snatch

3x  1complex of:  1 clean + 1 front-squat + 1 jerk.

The team with the highest cumulative Sinclair wins.
