Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
