Das bringt manch einen in die Bredouille. So auch den Bundespolizisten Walter Egli. Er kann kein Französisch und wird mit einem Westschweizer Kollegen ins Tessin versetzt, um einigen Widerständler ins Handwerk zu legen. In der Sonnenstube der Schweiz gibt es nicht nur Rebellen, Risotto und guten Wein, sondern auch die fesche Francesca.
