CACAO CEREMONY + JUNG'S SHADOW WORK WORKSHOP

See yourself clearly. Transform your patterns.
Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, this immersive workshop is a deep dive into the hidden parts of yourself — the shadow. With the support of ceremonial cacao, guided inquiry, and the reflective presence of the group, you’ll be invited to gently meet what lies beneath the surface.
Our unconscious beliefs and suppressed emotions often shape our lives in ways we don’t even notice. In this sacred container, we will hold space for these parts to come forward — not to judge or fix, but to witness, embrace, and integrate. Shadow work is a path to greater freedom, wholeness, and authenticity.

🌿 What to Expect:
– Ceremonial cacao to open the heart
– Jungian-inspired guided shadow exercises
– Partner & group reflections
– Emotional awareness & integration tools
– Sharing, ritual, and circle

⏰ Schedule:
10:00-10:30 Arrival, welcome
10:30-11:00 Cacao ceremony
11:00-13:00 Exercises 1.
13:00-14:00 Break - potluck lunch (please bring food to share)
14:00-14:40 Exercises 2.
14:40-14:50 Closing, cleanup

• Water bottle
• Journal + pen
• Comfortable clothes for sitting & gentle movement
• Optional: personal altar item (crystal, photo, symbol)
• vegetarian or vegan food to share in potluck
