CACAO CEREMONY + JUNG'S SHADOW WORK WORKSHOP

See and understand your hidden side through ceremonial cacao, inspired by Jungian shadow work.

True transformation begins when we face the unseen parts of ourselves — the aspects we often reject or ignore.

As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Shadow work isn’t always easy — these parts live within and behind us, often concealed. But you don’t have to do it alone.

This workshop creates a safe space to explore your inner world through reflection, connection, and the heart-opening medicine of cacao.

You’ll gain insight into your true self and discover how to embrace and transform your shadows — breaking free from old patterns and creating greater wholeness, harmony, and health.

🕒 Event Schedule

10:00-10:15 Arrival, welcome

10:15-10:40 Cacao ceremony + singing circle

10:40-11:50 Exercises 1.

11:50-12:35 Break – potluck lunch (please bring food to share)

12:35-13:35 Exercises 2.

13:35-13:45 Closing, cleanup

🎒 What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Journal + pen
• Comfortable clothes for sitting & gentle movement
• Optional: personal altar item (crystal, photo, symbol)
