Join us for a series of immersive Saturday yoga workshops designed to refine your practice, deepen your body awareness, and bring more ease into your movements. Balance & Stability – May 24
Balancing in yoga is about more than just standing on one leg—it’s about cultivating focus, stability, and inner strength. In this workshop, we will explore a variety of balancing postures, from grounded, standing poses like Tree and Warrior III to more dynamic movements and arm balances such as Crow Pose. You will learn how to activate the right muscle groups, improve coordination, and use your breath to stay steady and present. Through playful practice and mindful alignment, you’ll discover how to approach balance with greater confidence and ease. Whether you find balancing poses challenging or simply want to refine your technique, this workshop will give you the tools to build a strong and steady foundation on and off the mat.
Flow & Freedom – July 5
Movement in yoga is not just about achieving a pose—it’s about the transitions, the rhythm, and the connection between breath and motion. This workshop is designed to bring a sense of lightness and fluidity to your practice, helping you move with more grace and ease. We will explore creative vinyasa sequences that focus on smooth transitions, building strength and flexibility while cultivating a feeling of effortlessness. You’ll learn how to let go of unnecessary tension and trust your body’s natural flow, allowing movement to become a meditation. By the end of the session, you’ll feel energized, uplifted, and inspired, ready to carry this sense of freedom beyond your mat.
