Was ist Playfight?
Playfight nach Matteo Tangi ist eine Möglichkeit, mit dir und anderen in Begegnung und Verbindung zu gehen, so wie du das möchtest.

Playfight ist spielerisches Raufen, so wie Katzen miteinander spielen, oder der eine oder die andere es früher als Kind erfahren haben.
Es gibt ein Spielziel und einen übergeordneten Zweck, jedoch ohne Gewinnerin oder Verlierer.

Beim Playfight üben wir, einander achtsam zu begegnen und eine möglichst klare Verbindung zu unseren eigenen Bedürfnissen und Grenzen herzustellen.

Einführung Neue Eintreffen ab 18:15h, Einführung 18:30h - 19:00h

Start Playfight mit allen um 19:00 (Eintreffen ab 18:45h)

Ende Playfight um 21:30h

Ausklingen bei Tee und Snacks (falls es einen Potluck gibt, wird dies separat noch mitgeteilt)

What is Playfight?
Playfight, according to Matteo Tangi, is an opportunity to meet and connect—with yourself and others—in the way that feels right for you.

Playfight is playful wrestling, like how cats play with each other, or how some people may have experienced it as children.
There is a game objective and a higher purpose, but no winners or losers.

In Playfight, we practice meeting each other mindfully and establishing as clear a connection as possible to our own needs and boundaries.

Open to women, newcomers, and experienced participants.

Contribution: CHF 30–60
Choose your contribution within this range (CHF 45 is the regular contribution).

Introduction for Newcomers
Arrival from 6:15 PM, Introduction from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Start of Playfight with everyone at 7:00 PM (Arrival from 6:45 PM).
End of Playfight at 9:30 PM.

Wind-down with Tea and Snacks
(If there is a potluck, this will be communicated separately).
