This is a inner Journey. 
It can activate your Body-wisdom and  harmonies your brainwaves.

It's an Inner-Dance on the Mat, with music, but you will be in a state of Trance-Meditation, but always clear.

This Session has the potential to work on the emotional, Spiritual-Mental  and Body -brain and unleash or releasing old Blocks, Traumata witch are stored in your Body. 

 You can have Visions and  Bodymovements.

It can gives a deep inner Connection to this Divine Healing 

So you will explore your own intelligent healing Energy on different Levels. It works where it has to be.

You can ask me Any Question about this Energy in the beginning and after the Session in the Sharing Circle at the End.

After all: Its A Deep-Dive and transformative Session without Kundalini-Yoga and Breath-Work.

it will bis one Hour + Some Sharing and preparing

Come some minutes before and take time after to share and  integrate.
