💫 Welcome to Glow & Flow, a revitalizing yoga session designed to help you move with ease. This class combines dynamic hip openers with gentle yet powerful breathwork (pranayama) to release tension, increase flexibility, and create a deep sense of calm.

🧘🏼‍♀️ As we flow through a series of poses, you'll feel your body open up, strengthen and release stored energy. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will leave you feeling radiant, balanced, and deeply connected to your breath. Each class will end with a relaxing shavasana. 

All equipment will be provided to you. The class is donation-based.
