We begin the day together with high vibes, dance, music, great people. 

Feeling energised to start the day feeling alive!

We have Kombucha, Warm cacao, a DJ set, great Sound system and fun vibes.

We begin with a warm up, to bring in energy, release, expand, jump, move, mobilise, feel and start the day feeling vibrant and alive!
