Spring is a time of renewal, where life awakens and blooms after the quiescence and darkness of winter. Bloom into Power invites you to reconnect with your vitality and strength through the embodied practice of Playfight, transforming stored energy into empowerment and flow.

Through dynamic exercises and Playfight practice, you’ll learn to express and constructively channel your emotions, shedding old patterns and making space for a more alive, empowered version of yourself. This embodied exploration fosters a deeper connection with your body and emotions, unlocking a fresh, vibrant outlook on life.

This is a one-day workshop. If you wish to deepen your experience, you can join a more immersive Easter retreat in Tessin for a deeper exploration.
