Together, we explore what wants to be voiced —through breath, sound, movement, presence, and embodied practices.

WHO I AM

I’m Rama Ball — a French-Senegalese mother of two and founder of Embodied Heart Leadership, a path of remembrance rooted in presence, embodied truth, and expression.

For years, I stayed quiet, hidden behind performance and perfection.

For over a decade I led international teams across retail and corporate spaces, blending leadership, coaching, and deep personal growth. 
But beyond titles and achievements, I followed a deeper call — back to my body, my voice, and my truth.

My journey took me through years of deep transformation: from trauma to embodiment, from silence to expression. 
I’m a certified Embodied Tantra Practitioner, Women’s circle Facilitator, and space holder for voice liberation.

Now I guide others, not to perform but to remember.

To reclaim their voice.
To return to what's already alive inside.
To express without shrinking or polishing.

Voice as Medicine is an offering born from my own journey, shaped by lived experience, and years of transformational healing and voice work.

My work is not about being polished, it’s about being real.
