Step out of your shoes — and into presence.
Join us for a meditative barefoot walk through the beautiful Hönggerberg forest, held in complete silence (mouna). We move slowly, in full awareness, with a pause for a seated tree meditation — connecting to the earth element and the living stillness of nature.
Why barefoot?
"By the end of the trip, I had to throw my shoes away.”
Some journeys wear through what once supported us.
Walking barefoot is an invitation to let go, feel the ground, and find a new way forward — step by step.
In silence, we hear.
In slowness, we see.
In bare feet, we remember how to begin again.
... Because the body remembers what the mind forgets. Walking barefoot grounds us, calms the nervous system, and brings us out of overthinking and into direct, embodied awareness. It’s simple, ancient, and transformative.
